LATE CHECK-IN: What happens if I arrive after 8pm?
The Front Office closes at 8pm. For arrivals after this time, it is necessary to contact the Front Office in advance to organize the reception and receive all the necessary instructions.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Is it possible to check out after the standard time?
Yes, on request and with supplement. The availability of late check-out depends on the season and the occupancy of the structure. We advise you to check the possibility with our staff before departure.
CLEANING SERVICE: How often is the apartment cleaned?
The rearrangement is carried out daily (duration: 20/30 minutes).
Cleaning of the kitchen and dishes is not included, but can be requested with a supplement. In compliance with environmental policies, linen is changed every 3 days. It is possible to request the change of bed linen and towels with a personalized frequency, according to your needs, with an extra charge
CLEANING SERVICE: Can I request an additional cleaning service?
Yes, you can customize the cleaning frequency to suit your needs. For any request, our staff will be happy to assist you.

BREAKFAST: Is it included in the stay?
Breakfast is not included, but can be added to the reservation or requested at least one day in advance. An à la carte breakfast is available in a dedicated area of the shopping gallery. Alternatively, all the cafè of the Marina offer the classic Italian breakfast with coffee, croissants, sandwiches, freshly squeezed juices and fruit juices (to be paid on the spot)

CATERING: Do you offer an all-inclusive service?
Marina di Scarlino Resort does not provide an all-inclusive accommodation , but offers the possibility of enriching the stay with main meals, available for a supplement.
Guests can choose between lunch and dinner, with a menu that includes a starter, first or second course with a side, dessert and cover charge. Guests can choosefromà la carte menu, with the exception of some specialties such as signature dishes, catch of the day or other special proposals.
Any extras, such as drinks or additional courses, can be adjusted directly on site to ensure maximum flexibility and personalization of the culinary experience.
POOL: Do guests have access to the pool?
Our guests can access the Yacht Club swimming pool, with sunbeds available while supplies last. For an even more exclusive experience, the elegant “Cabanas” are available, wide and comfortable by the poolside (service available with supplement).
In the pool area you can relax while enjoying fresh drinks and snacks. Light lunch or a romantic happy hour at sunset, every moment spent in our club will be an unforgettable experience.
BEACHES: Does the resort have a private beach?
No, the resort does not have a private beach, but it is located near the splendid beaches of the Maremma immersed in nature reserves. Among the most suggestive we point out:
- Cala Martina, Cala Violina and Cala Civette – Accessible by foot or bicycle. Cala Violina requires a reservations in medium and high season
- Torre Mozza – Golden sand
- Le Rocchette – Enchanting natural bay

Our resort is designed to ensure a comfortable stay for the whole family:
- Our spacious apartments are ideal for families and for the comfort of our younger guests, we provide on request all the necessary equipment for babies and children directly in the apartment.
- The restaurants are equipped with high chairs and offer a menu dedicated to children. It is also always possible to request that baby food be heated.
- In the immediate vicinity of the resort, families can discover exciting activities: an adventurous amusement park and a characteristic educational farm where children can interact with donkeys.
GUESTS WITH ANIMALS: Can I bring my dog to the resort?
We are happy to welcome your furry friends to Marina di Scarlino, with a supplement of €15.00 per night. Pets are welcome throughout the resort and the Yacht Club, except for the fenced pool area. Please mention the presence of your dog when booking, so that we can assign you the apartment that best suits your needs.
- Final cleaning: A supplement of maximum €60.00 per dog will be applied for the final cleaning of the apartment in the presence of pets.
- Zero Distanze, our pizza restaurant inside the resort, offers a special menu with delicious dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, to satisfy even the most demanding palates of your furry friends.
- For the entertainment of your furry friend, two beaches equipped for dogs are available nearby, Bau Beach just 1 km from the Resort, Bau Beach in Casetta Civinini in Punta Ala (10 minutes by car), equipped with dedicated services.
For optimal service, please coordinate the cleaning times with the reception, as the staff cannot carry out tidying up in the presence of the unaccompanied animal.
